Quick answer, because you're probably deciding between tabs right now: if most of your wardrobe has a normal back (crew neck tops, regular dresses, jeans, and blouses), get the Snatched. If you own even two or three backless, off-shoulder, or one-shoulder pieces, get the Backless. If you're someone who wears both kinds of outfits regularly, honestly, you'll end up with both eventually;y, might as well plan for it now.
Here's the longer answer, because "it depends" isn't very satisfying when you're about to spend real money.
They're not the same product wearing different names.
This trips people up because both are bodysuits, both are from Skimmylo, and both come in Beige and Black. But open the fabric composition on each one, and you'll notice they're not even made from the same blend. The Snatched runs 90% Polyester to 10% Spandex. The Backless is 85% Polyester to 15% Spandex, a bit more stretch built in, which makes sense once you think about why: a backless design has to do its job without any back panel to help hold shape, so it leans on the fabric itself a little more.
Price is different too. Snatched sits at ₹1,299. Backless is ₹1,999. That seven-hundred-rupee gap isn't arbitrary; the Backless has to solve a genuinely harder engineering problem (staying invisible AND staying put with no back coverage), and that shows up in the price.
When the Snatched is obviously the right call
You wear jeans and a top most days. You go to work in trousers and blouses. Your going-out wardrobe leans towards dresses with actual backs, or trousers with a nice top. In all of these situations, the Snatched does exactly what you need: it smooths your midsection, keeps everything tucked, and honestly works great as a visible top on its own with high-waisted jeans and a blazer over it.
It also comes in one more size than the Backless right now (XXL is available on Snatched, not yet on Backless), so if you're at the top of the size range, that alone might decide it for you.
When you actually need the Backless
Here's the thing nobody tells you until you've already ruined an outfit: a regular bodysuit, even the Snatched, has straps and a back panel that will absolutely peek out under anything backless. It's not designed to hide under an open back; it's designed to hide under a normal one.
The Backless solves a completely different problem. Deep-U front, open back, low straps that anchor well below where most backless and off-shoulder outfits actually expose skin. If you've got a wedding season, a few parties, or even just one great backless dress sitting in your closet that you've been avoiding because you never figured out what goes underneath, this is the one.
Can you just buy the Backless and skip the Snatched?
You could, technically, wear the Backless under a normal outfit too. But you'd be overpaying for a feature you don't need (the open-back, no-strap design), and the fit through the front torso isn't optimised the same way for a regular tucked-in look. If 80% of your outfits are normal-back, get the Snatched. Add the Backless when you actually need it for a specific outfit.
The honest bottom line
If you can only buy one right now, look at your next two weeks of outfits, not your entire wardrobe philosophy. What are you actually wearing? That answers this question faster than any comparison chart.
